Congrats to the Region 5 AAA Boys Soccer Champions!!!! First region championship in boys soccer history at Swansea! Swansea Mens Soccer will host first round Monday in the AAA playoffs!!! Congratulations coaches and players!

This week's newsletter recognizes our students with academic excellence for the 3rd quarter; provides an on track checklist; details important dates; and informs about final exams and grades. El boletín de esta semana reconoce a nuestros estudiantes con excelencia académica para el 3er trimestre; proporciona una lista de verificación sobre el buen camino; detalla las fechas importantes; e informa sobre los exámenes finales y las calificaciones.

SFA students went to the Bridgestone OFF Road Plant (ORR) in Trenton on April 12th to conduct an ecological field study. While at the ORR students participated in 3 activities. They engaged in a lab to observe how pollution from different communities impacts local watersheds and ways to mitigate those issues. They also went on an eco-hike that led to a stream. At the stream, they collected organisms to test water quality. From those activities, they explored how humans play a vital role in the protection and preservation of our watery resources.

Swansea Tiger Softball Team Captures First Region Title since 2005! With the win tonight, these ladies are the 3A Region 5 Champions! Congratulations Iyanna, Abigail and Kandace!

Congratulations to our Purple Team who won in the Paws Soccer Event today. Special shoutout to Julio Rivera, MVP of the game. Students also enjoyed popcorn, snow cones, and chips, while they watch the penalty kick shoot out against Mr. Donovan and Mr. Solorzano.

Athletic Changes for this week!

Today, 40 talented students from Melodia and Tiger Chorale excelled during the SCMEA Choral Performance Assessment at Columbia International University. After months of hard work, they presented two amazing pieces to the judges and aced the Sight-Reading Challenge in just 6 minutes! 🎵 Melodia scored an Excellent rating (2nd highest), while Tiger Chorale soared with a Superior rating (the highest!) and an impressive 19/20 in Sight-Reading! Congratulations to all of our incredible SFA chorus students!
