Congratulations to our SFA Beta Club on receiving the Silver Service Award from the National Beta Club. This means that each of our members had an average of 50-74 hours serving our school, community, and state.
Each member of our club served an average of 50.88 hours. We had a total of 1017.60 service hours for 20 members.
Each member received a service pin and they received a plaque to add to the trophy case.
Congratulations! We are proud of how you lead, learn, serve and excel!

Today, we are excited to recognize one of our outstanding educators who has been selected as Swansea High School nominee for the Hawthorne Pharmacy Excellence in Education Award! Each school in our district has nominated one teacher who represents excellence, dedication, and a commitment to student success.
This nomination reflects the passion, hard work, and heart that this teacher shows each and every day to our students, families, and school community. The winner of the award will receive $1,000 and will be announced on Wednesday, May 20th.
Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Ashley Teater for this well-deserved recognition. We are proud to have you represent Swansea Freshman Academy and thankful for the difference you make every single day.

Are you interested in joining the Swansea High School Girls Golf Team? Now is the perfect time to get involved! 💜💗
Practice/Tryouts for Girls Golf will begin on August 4th at Charwood Golf Course. Practices will typically be held Monday–Thursday from 4:15–5:45 PM, with matches taking place once or twice a week during the season.
We look forward to a great season! 💜⛳💗

Our annual Conflict Museum is coming up on May 18 from 5-7 pm, and all our student are working hard to create their exhibits. We want to invite you to come out and view their hard work.

Today we had the privilege of having two outstanding speakers talk to our student body. Special thanks to Frank Baker, author of We Survived the Holocaust, and Karl Goldberg, child of Holocaust survivors Felix and Bluma Goldberg, for tell us about this remarkable story. It makes the words come alive on the page to hear it from someone who has a personal connection!
